{"id":7306,"date":"2021-10-08T20:16:28","date_gmt":"2021-10-08T18:16:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.apymeco.info\/?p=7306"},"modified":"2021-10-08T20:16:28","modified_gmt":"2021-10-08T18:16:28","slug":"comunicado-bono-consumo-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/apymeco.netrotec.com\/es\/comunicado-bono-consumo-2\/","title":{"rendered":"COMUNICADO BONO CONSUMO 2"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-7060 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/apymeco.netrotec.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Apymeco-logo-10-x10-TRAZADO-02-300x300.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"368\" height=\"368\" \/>Torrevieja 8 de Octubre de 2021<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Desde APYMECO queremos hacer un comunicado en relaci\u00f3n a la Campa\u00f1a de Bono Consumo que ha tenido lugar hoy d\u00eda 8 de Octubre.<\/p>\n<p>En primer lugar comentar que a raz\u00f3n de unas incidencias relacionadas con el sistema de pagos hemos tenido contratiempos para comenzar la campa\u00f1a. \u00a0Desde el Banco Sabadell se ha ofrecido ayuda desde primera hora de la ma\u00f1ana con la misma profesionalidad y cercan\u00eda que han mostrado desde el primer momento en el que comenzamos a trabajar juntos para esta campa\u00f1a de Bono Consumo. A pesar de su colaboraci\u00f3n y especialmente un d\u00eda tan complicado como hoy para tratar de sacar la campa\u00f1a adelante, finalmente no ha podido ser hoy.<\/p>\n<p>Durante el transcurso de la jornada hemos tenido que ir realizando diferentes ajustes en la plataforma para poder satisfacer la impresionante demanda que hemos recibido en nuestros servidores a lo largo de todo el d\u00eda. Como consecuencia, tenemos constancia de incidencias en las transacciones de los consumidores. Os queremos pedir en primer lugar disculpas porque hab\u00e9is sido muchos los que nos hab\u00e9is hecho llegar vuestros tickets de soporte y nos ha sido imposible contestaros a todos.<\/p>\n<p>En ese sentido queremos comunicaros que hemos dado orden a la entidad bancaria para que proceda a la devoluci\u00f3n de los cobros realizados con la mayor celeridad posible. Nuevamente os pedimos disculpas por el perjuicio que haya podido ocasionar.<\/p>\n<p>Hemos estado trabajando durante meses para llevar a cabo esta campa\u00f1a con toda la ilusi\u00f3n y energ\u00eda que nos puede dar tener el orgullo de que esta fiesta del comercio sea creada \u00edntegramente en nuestra ciudad de Torrevieja.
